We have a clinic with doctors and health workers.
It is only for
- people with intellectual disability
- autistic people

The clinic is run at Mater Hospital Brisbane.
It can be hard for new patients to find our clinic.
They can get lost.

There is a video to help patients find the clinic.
It is called Visiting the QCEIDAH clinic.
You can watch the video here:

We send the video to patients 1 week before they come to QCEIDAH.
What is in the video?

We tell patients what they need to bring. Like
- their Medicare card
- health passport
- reports from their health workers

We show how to go to the clinic from
- the bus stop
- the car park. We show where to enter the car park from the street.
- the train station

We show what people need to do after entering the building.

Like
At QCEIDAH patients have to go to the reception first.

We show people who work at QCEIDAH.
We say their names and their job. Like
- psychiatrist
- psychologist
- doctors
- nurses

We say what happens at appointments. Like:
- Appointments run for up to 1 hour.
- patients can bring someone with them
- nurses may write down patients blood pressure, weight and height
- patients might see other health professionals as well
